• will be walking from KGS to Inganess Bay and spending some time there

• will walk to Kirkwall Bowling Club and back
• wear comfortable flat-soled shoes

Mindfulness, Relaxation and Yoga
Murder Mystery Trail
• will be walking approx 3.25 miles around Kirkwall
• wear comfortable shoes
• bring water and waterproof clothing
- can bring own snacks, drinks, and dvds for watching
- will be provided with snacks, please bring £1 each

- The day will be divided between introductory yoga classes, three meditation practices and some mindful craft.
- Please wear loose, comfortable clothing.
- Please bring 50p to cover the cost of craft materials.
